This single day lot was harvested in June in Nyamagabe, in the Southern Province of Rwanda. The plant stock consists of traditional Bourbon varieties and the coffee is washed and shade dried. Delivers notes of spiced pear, clementine, cardamom, and honey.

This Catuai variety lot is naturally processed and is grown in the Boquete region of Panama. This is a unique example of this processing method in that the coffee has a floral, juicy and clean character. This is accompanied by the more characteristic ripe tropical fruit notes.
