After its establishment in 2014, the Mulish washing station established a name for itself outside of the banner of simply Sidamo coffee. With relatively few farmers in the region at the time, Faysel, the founder of the station, took a bet on the fertile land and was sure it would blossom into a great producing region.

Set 40km from Shakiso town, the station is now well established as one of the best in the famous Guji zone. Set on slopes leading to the Mormora river, it occupies four hectares of land and has now opened a sister station, Bishan Dimo, to accommodate the one-thousand-plus famers who bring their cherries for processing.
