Rare Lungo Capsules

In the famous Huila region of southern Colombia, spanned by the Andes mountains and home to the great Nevado del Huila volcano, this Pink Bourbon offering from Finca El Meson has benefited from near-perfect growing conditions.

A hybrid of Red and Yellow Bourbon, Pink Bourbon tends to have a higher natural-sugar content and a sweet, mellow profile, but this 70hr ferment, 21-day dried lot, has elevated these flavours in an extraordinary way. Through experimental approaches such as those taken by Floresmiro Guaca we get to explore a whole new side to this much-prized cultivar.
