Inzá

This coffee is produced by 52 smallholder farmers from Pedregal and San Antonio in the Inzá, Cauca region. Situated on the Colombian Plateau, the region provides optimal coffee-growing conditions, with altitudes ranging from 1,500 to 1,800 metres above sea level. Each microlot undergoes rigorous cupping, with only those scoring 85 points or above selected. The blend predominantly features Caturra, which contributes to the coffee's juicy sweetness and elevated profile, complemented by the clean and fruity notes characteristic of Pergamino’s processing expertise. This coffee reflects the dedication and resilience of local farmers, who have overcome historical challenges to produce such a distinguished coffee.
