From the regions of Asocafe Tatama Santuario, El Aguila and Entreverdes, this washed sugar-cane decaffeinated offering is made up of Castillo, Colombia and Caturra crops.

Seasonally curated using high quality harvests from the Risaralda department of west-central Colombia, the cup displays a deep rounded sweetness, with a sticky body and clean finish.

We recommend resting our coffee at least seven days before brewing.
